We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and team-oriented Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship. Assist with meal service and feeding as needed. Monitor residents for changes in physical or mental condition and promptly report concerns to the nurse or supervisor. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Encourage resident independence while promoting safety and dignity. Respond promptly to resident call bells and requests for assistance. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Work collaboratively with nurses, med techs, and other team members to ensure exceptional resident care. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents. Qualifications Current New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required. Previous assisted living, long-term care, or home care experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass required background checks and health screening.
