Join our care team! This opportunity is perfect for health care students or those seeking a full-time day shift opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Resident Assistant to join our care team. As a Senior Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in our community. Additionally, you will be trained on-site to learn the medication pass following the DOH policies and procedures. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
  • Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Observes and reports changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status to the Wellness Director or nurse as needed.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Previous experience in assisted living preferred
  • Knowledge of medication administration systems and procedures a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
