ATC Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) / Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, helping them maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care. Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance. Support individuals with daily routines, appointments, activities, and community participation. Encourage independence and help individuals develop and maintain daily living skills. Provide supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times. Assist with household tasks and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or in a similar caregiving role is preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus. Must be dependable, responsible, and compassionate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to complete required background and employment screening. CPR/First Aid certification is required. Schedule:
