Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary ATC Healthcare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in group home settings. The DSP will provide direct support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, helping them with daily activities, personal care, community participation, and maintaining a safe and supportive living environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, respectful, and committed to promoting each individual's dignity, independence, and personal choices. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care as needed. Support residents with daily routines, appointments, and scheduled activities. Promote residents' independence, dignity, and personal choices. Assist with meals, household tasks, and community activities. Provide a safe, clean, and supportive living environment. Observe residents' needs and report concerns to supervisors. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Follow individual care plans and established procedures. Communicate and work effectively with supervisors and team members. Follow all health, safety, confidentiality, and company policies. Attend required training and staff meetings. Qualifications Previous DSP, caregiver, home health aide, personal care, or group home experience is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and complete documentation accurately. Ability to work with individuals with different needs and abilities. Must be willing to complete all required onboarding and training.
