Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and caring Direct Support Professional with a strong medical background to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to children and young adults with developmental disabilities, including those with special needs. Your medical expertise will ensure safe, effective care while fostering independence and well-being in a nurturing environment. Qualifications Bacherlors degree and / or experience in the medical field (Medical assistant, etc.) Proven experience workings with individuals who have developmental disabilities and are medically fragile. Valid certifications in CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance required Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor vital signs and recognize health changes promptly Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children and families Compassionate attitude Join us as a Direct Support Professional where your medical expertise makes a real difference!
