Good hours and good patients! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA)/ Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor their health, and support their independence and well-being under the direction of a registered nurse or clinical supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with mobility around the home, including transferring from bed to wheelchair Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.) Prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding if necessary Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, or needs Remind clients to take medications as directed Provide companionship and emotional support Follow a care plan as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements:
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate Physical Ability to Work in the US Ability to lift, move, or assist patients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable
