We are seeking a part-time experienced Home Health Aide who has worked with individuals with Alzheimer and Dementia. This position is an integral member of a home health care team that provides home health care to an elderly gentleman suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia. Employee will work with a Dually Certified Dementia Specialist. The following are the shifts to be covered: Thursday overnight, 8:45 p.m.

• 9:30 a.m. Every other Saturday, 7:45 a.m.
• 3 p.m. Periodic Sundays, 2:45 p.m.
• 9:45 p.

m. Floater to cover other shifts as needed Responsibilities include: Assisting with daily ADL's Providing medication reminders Housework and meal prep The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, have excellent caregiving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be an avid team player. Experience with Alzheimers & Dementia a plus. Must have a minimum of an HHA or PCA certification. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, be willing to work weekends and overnights, and help cover shifts for vacations and call ins. Shift differential is paid for evenings and weekends. The work environment is a lovely one story home with many amenities to aid caregivers in the performance of their duties, located in the village of Hamilton NY.
