Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist clients with medication administration, wound care, and other medical tasks as needed Prepare meals and assist with household chores, such as light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate with family members and healthcare teams as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the client's care plan About the
