What You'll Do Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as appropriate to the care plan. Support mobility and transfers while following safe practices and client-specific instructions. Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household support tasks. Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful conversation to promote well-being. Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the appropriate supervisor or care team. Help clients follow routines, medications reminders when permitted, and appointments as directed. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, when required.
