Job Overview Join "Team Bobbie" as a Home Health Aide in
NY CDPAP
program facilitated through PPL Agency. You will play a vital role in maintaining quality of life at home for Bobbie Makous who requires assistance with activities of daily living. This position offers the opportunity to be instrumental in supporting Bobbie's independence, safety, and comfort. Your dedication will make a meaningful difference in Bobbie's life through attentive caregiving. Responsibilities Assist Bobbie with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using patient transfer equipment. Monitor and document patient vital signs. Help ensure a safe environment. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a hygienic living environment. Communicate effectively with Bobbie and family. Skills Experience working with geriatric patients and individuals with disabilities. Familiarity with home health agency operations, hospice care protocols, and community care standards. Experience with
NY CDPAP
program facilitated through PPL Agency preferred but not required. Ability to use patient equipment such as patient lifts; heavy lifting not required. Patient observation skills to detect changes in condition promptly. Compassionate caregiver who can build trusting relationships.
