This role involves assisting with daily living needs and promoting client safety and independence in a home setting. Responsibilities Assist client with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry Monitor client condition and report changes to supervising nurse or care coordinator Provide companionship and assist with maintaining a safe home environment Communicate effectively with agency staff, care coordinators, and family members Maintain accurate documentation of care provided per agency requirements Qualifications Valid HHA or PCA certification required English-speaking preferred Reliable and punctual Able to pass required background checks/clearances
