We have work available in the New York City area, Long Island and Westchester. Summary We are seeking a HHA/PCA to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to high-quality care. Pick your own schedule, we have days, nights and Live-In shifts available. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship & emotional support to enhance quality of life for seniors. Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes. Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality. Requirements Current Home Health Aide or PCA certificate. Background Check Current Physical, Titers, Quantiferon or PPD and drug test. Experience in senior care of 6 months minimum or related fields. Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patients.
