Rapid start available AMX Healthcare is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides for 13-week contract opportunities at respected assisted-living communities in Rye and Purchase, New York. Multiple morning, evening, and mixed-shift schedules are available. These positions offer consistent weekly hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide personalized care within welcoming senior-living environments. Available Schedules Rye, NY Part-time evening schedule: 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., five days per week Full-time day shift: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Fixed full-time schedule:

Saturday through Wednesday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Purchase, NY Full-time day shift: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Full-time evening shift:

3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Mixed schedule consisting of 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. shifts Every-other-weekend availability is required. Candidates may select the location and schedule that best match their availability. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Support residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, meals, and hydration. Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting residents' dignity and independence. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Respond attentively to residents' needs and requests. Maintain clean, comfortable, and safe resident-care areas. Complete required care documentation accurately and on time. Follow infection-control, resident-safety, and facility procedures. Collaborate with nurses, HHAs, and other members of the care team. Deliver respectful, compassionate, and resident-centered care. Requirements Active New York State HHA certificate in good standing. Previous assisted-living, skilled-nursing, long-term care, or related experience preferred. Current CPR or BLS certification. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work the complete selected schedule and every other weekend. Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements promptly. What We Offer $22.00-$23.00 per hour. Weekly direct deposit. Full-time and part-time opportunities.
