Job Description

Home Health Aides and Med Techs-Part Time/Full Time $19-$21+/hour

Shifts Available:

6:00 AM-2:00 PM (Med Tech only), 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. Weekend availability is required for full-time positions. The Chelsea at Brookhaven in Yaphank is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated HHA Caregivers and Med Techs to join our assisted living team. Candidates must have a current HHA or CNA certification. Previous assisted living, home care, or senior care experience is preferred. We are looking for reliable, caring individuals who have strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy working with seniors. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities and personal care, providing companionship and emotional support, monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Med Techs will also administer medications in accordance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
