Job Description

$1,000 (full-time)/$500 (part-time) New Employee Bonus over first year of employment. Full-time and part-time positions are available with overtime potential. Overtime after 40 Hours. Get Paid for Sleep Hours. $17.00 - $18.30 per hour. Sleep hours are on-site/on-call and are paid a minimum of $12 per hour when not actively providing services. Experience, training, and willingness to accept additional responsibilities determine pay rate. Want to make a difference in someone's life? ISS assists individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their homes and communities in Ashland. Assistance is provided with all aspects of daily living skills and varies depending on the needs of each individual served. Hours available Monday - Friday on second and third shift as well as all shifts on weekends.
