Proven experience in the direct support role, familiarity with group home or supportive living environments and strong skills in observation and care is a plus for the individual we hire. • 3pm Every Other Saturday & Sunday Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home or supportive living setting.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and monitor patients for any changes in behavior or health status. Ensure proper patient care and medication administration. Collaborate with social work professionals to enhance the well-being of individuals.
