Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our client as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). If you have a heart for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, this is the job for you. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on support, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Pay:
$17-$18
Schedule:
2nd and 3rd shifts available, Full-time or Part-time Must be able to work rotating weekends
Direct Hire Opportunity Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals in daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, and medication administration Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes independence and self-advocacy Build meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement, social interaction, and recreational activities Assist individuals with achieving their personal goals and advocate for their choices and needs Maintain accurate documentation and reports on individual progress and incidents Support behavior management plans and encourage positive behavior Work collaboratively with team members, families, and other care professionals to ensure high-quality support Communicate with empathy, patience, and respect at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Required) Ability to pass background checks and drug screening Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or related fields is a plus but not required— a passion for helping people is essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, patient, and motivated to make a difference in someone's life If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
