Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring, ambulating, and using assistive devices Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, recognizing and respecting their unique needs and preferences Collaborate with other team members, including nurses, therapists, and care managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a healthcare or human services setting Ability to provide safe and efficient transfers and ambulation of clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
