What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll provide support, encouragement, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting by: Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities Supporting meal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices Helping individuals participate in community activities and recreation Teaching and encouraging independence through skill-building opportunities Assisting with medication administration and health-related supports Completing required documentation and progress notes Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Building positive relationships while supporting individual goals and choices Available Positions Full-Time Day Shift 7:00 AM
