As a Direct Support Professional at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our clients in their daily activities and routines. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure personalized care plans are executed effectively. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of those you support.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Support clients in engaging with their communities and participating in activities. Document and report any changes in client behavior or condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients and adherence to care plans.Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Strong communication skills, with a proficiency in English. Experience in direct support or caregiving roles preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Compassion and respect for individuals with disabilities and seniors. Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility towards client care.Bonus If You:
Have relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.). Possess training in behavioral techniques. Have experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs.Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options including weekdays and weekends.Location:
