Seeking a dependable, compassionate, and responsible Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in a residential group-home setting. The ideal candidate enjoys helping individuals live as independently as possible while providing respectful, person-centered support in a safe and structured home environment.

•11:00 PM Weekend shifts are every other weekend. Responsibilities Provide direct support and supervision to individuals in a residential setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, and household routines Support individuals with community outings, appointments, activities, and transportation as assigned Follow each individual's Individual Service Plan (ISP) and provide person-centered care Administer or assist with medications according to training and agency requirements Complete required documentation, daily shift notes, and service records accurately Perform required visual checks and maintain appropriate supervision throughout the shift Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home Encourage independence, social skills, and community involvement Maintain professional boundaries and respect each individual's privacy, dignity, and choices Communicate changes, concerns, incidents, and other important information to management Follow all agency policies, procedures, and applicable state requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations Must be able to complete required agency and state training Must be able to pass required background checks and meet agency employment requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assigned duties What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Compassionate and respectful Reliable and consistent Patient and understanding Comfortable working independently Comfortable working overnight shifts A positive role model Committed to providing quality care and supporting individual independence Why Join Our Team?
