Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing Loaders to join our team for an immediate start on Thursdays. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and maintaining safety standards at all times. Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes Assist with order picking and packing to prepare shipments accurately and efficiently Operate heavy equipment safely in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies Manage inventory levels through proper materials handling and documentation Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols rigorously, including manual handling procedures and heavy lifting techniques Use RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks Duties Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using various material handling equipment Perform order picking activities with precision, ensuring correct items are selected for shipment Operate cranes, clamp trucks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery following all safety guidelines Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating records Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies during all operations Support shipping & receiving functions by inspecting goods, verifying documentation, and preparing shipments Handle manual lifting of heavy items while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Use RF scanners for accurate data entry related to inventory movements Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety standards at all times Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics roles Familiarity with order picker operations, forklift driving, crane operation, and pallet jacks Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving processes Experience operating heavy equipment such as clamp trucks, crane systems, and material handling machinery Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanners for data accuracy Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities Understanding of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings Ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines If you are eager to contribute your warehouse expertise in a lively environment with immediate start opportunities on Thursdays, we encourage you to apply today.
