Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Administer medications following medical documentation protocols and home healthcare regulations under supervision or as authorized Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment for patients Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and privacy at all times Experience Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living facilities is preferred but will train. Knowledge of home health regulations and best practices for patient safety and infection control Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks such as transferring patients using Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices Strong caregiving skills complemented by excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Join us in delivering compassionate home healthcare that enriches lives!
