• Split Schedule We are seeking a dependable and caring Direct Service Provider (DSP) to work with a private client Monday through Friday. This position involves assisting the client with their daily routine, transportation, and community-based activities. Schedule Monday

• Friday Morning:

  7:00 AM
• 9:00

AM Afternoon:

2:30 PM

• 6:30 PM Approximately 30 hours per week .

Responsibilities Assist the client with getting ready for school in the morning Provide transportation to school Pick the client up from school in the afternoon and transport them home Provide supervision and support in the home Take the client on walks around the neighborhood Accompany the client on occasional outings and activities in the community Encourage independence with daily routines and activities Provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment Communicate appropriately with the family regarding the client's daily activities Follow the established routine and any instructions provided by the family Requirements Reliable and dependable Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable transporting the client Patient, responsible, and able to work independently Comfortable working with individuals who may require additional behavioral or developmental support Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, RBT, behavioral support staff, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Position Details This is a private-client position with a consistent weekday split schedule. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, enjoys working one-on-one with clients, and is comfortable helping the client participate in activities both at home and in the community.
