BrightStar Care is seeking dependable Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients throughout Eastside Cuyahoga County. Mon, Tue, ThuFri:
10:00 AM-2:00 PM Morning to afternoon shift Part-time Must be available to work in Lakewood and nearby location PayBenefits $16-$18 per hour Weekly Pay Referral and Performance Bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Birthday Leave Paid Training Career Growth Opportunities Employee Discounts and Wellness Perks Supportive Team with RN Oversight on Every Case Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Follow each client's individualized plan of care Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred Current CPR certification preferred Negative TB test or chest X-ray required Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while maintaining client confidentiality Why BrightStar Care?
