Support medication administration and manage care plans tailored to each individuals needs. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and cooking to meet dietary requirements for individuals with disabilities. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring adherence to safety protocols for heavy lifting and emergency procedures such as CPR and first aid. Skills Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, medication administration, and first aid/CPR certification. Familiarity with Individual Support Plans. Excellent client communication skills combined with patience and empathy when working with individuals experiencing behavioral challenges or cognitive impairments. Experience working within HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Capable of heavy lifting when necessary. Schedule Monday 8:30 am
