Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and energetic Home Health Aides to join our team, providing essential in-home care to our diverse patient population. In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, monitor their health status, and ensure their comfort and safety. Your dedication will help improve quality of life for individuals across various stages of health and aging. Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients' conditions, reporting changes or concerns promptly Support patients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe living environment Document patient care activities accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Follow home healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Use patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely and effectively Experience Prior experience assisting with ADLs in a home or assisted living setting preferred Experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is highly valued Familiarity with home health agency operations, and home & community care practices Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation in medical records or documentation systems Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform patient transfers using appropriate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer methods Experience working within home healthcare regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA standards Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients!
