Part-Time | Two Clients | 11 Hours Per Week Independent Equality Solutions LLC (IES) is hiring one experienced Direct Support Professional to provide HPC services to two individuals in Medina, Ohio. This is ONE position serving BOTH clients. Applicants must be able to work the Tuesday and Thursday schedule plus either the Monday or Wednesday shift listed below. ScheduleClient 1 - Medina Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 AM-1:00 PM 6 hours per week Client 2 - Medina Monday OR Wednesday 10:00 AM-3:00 PM 5 hours per week The specific Monday or Wednesday schedule will be determined based on the client's needs and staff availability.

Approximately 11 hours per week What You'll Be Doing This is a community-based HPC position focused on helping individuals maintain independence and participate in their community.

Responsibilities include:

Providing one-on-one HPC services Taking individuals to appointments Community outings and activities Shopping and errands Supporting individual interests and choices Assisting with daily living needs as required Supporting ISP goals and outcomes Medication administration as required Encouraging independence Maintaining professional communication Completing accurate documentation for every shift We want someone who is comfortable getting individuals out into the community and doing things with them , not simply sitting in the home for the entire shift.

Minimum Requirements Applicants must have:

At least 1 year of verifiable DSP experience Current Ohio DODD Medication Administration Certification Current CPR and First Aid Certification Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities Experience implementing ISPs Experience completing HPC/DSP documentation High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Current automobile insurance Acceptable driving record Willingness to transport individuals Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Ability to pass required Ohio DODD background checks Transportation Is Required Applicants must be comfortable transporting individuals in their personal vehicle for appointments, shopping, errands, activities, and other community-based services. Reliable transportation is essential for this position. What We're Looking For We need a DSP who is dependable, engaged, and comfortable working independently. This is not a position where you simply show up and sit on your phone. We expect staff to actively provide services, engage with the individuals, support their choices, and help them participate in their community. Documentation is also a required part of every shift and must be accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
