Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders) Promote independence and skill-building Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment Accurately document services and client changes Be available overnight to respond to any client needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points Current auto insurance Compassionate, reliable, and patient Must pass background checks and complete required training
