Job DescriptionEdit We are Looking for an energetic, organized professional who can assist with various behind the scene tasks such as excel sheets, reports, updating client folders and stats, keep the boss on task and moving forward! Ability to communicate professionally is a must and mastering a busy schedule is key Excellent organizational skills. Attention to details is a must. Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines and complete tasks without reminders. Uses judgment and initiative Greet guests as they enter the office. Experience with a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate individuals. Completing project tasks in a timely manner Must possess excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Scans documents as needed. Correspond with clients and coworkers via email. Punctuality and regular attendance Positive and friendly attitude Professional appearance Ability to plan, implement and evaluate your work Must use good judgment Filing documents in appropriate files. Anticipate and prepare materials needed by the supervisor for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc., and informs supervisor on matters to be considered; Prepare special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries request information needed for periodic or special conferences, reports, inquiries, etc.,
