Direct Support Professionals:

Work alongside clients with diagnosed developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries to navigate doctor's appointments, run everyday errands, explore their community and its many resources. Support clients with maintaining & improving their hygiene, meal, and home-care routines. See clients one-on-one on a routine basis to establish trusting relationships that foster a collaborative approach to reaching their goals and exploring their hobbies.

This position is client focused, (not a lot of paperwork or meetings). Our support is based off your clients' identified goals, needs, and personality. Each client is different, and we support you in crafting days that match their needs. This role lends itself well to those who appreciate autonomy, work-life balance, and a flexible schedule. Best fit for those who appreciate working within a collaborative team that encourages and supports one another, provides space for innovation, creativity, and new ideas. This role involves some planning, organization skills, email inbox upkeep, detail oriented data collection, utilization of Therap for daily tracking and billing.
