Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with disabilities by delivering person-centered services based on each Individual Support Plan (ISP). They help individuals gain independence and comfort within their community, support residents in personalizing their homes, and encourage participation in upkeep and daily operations. Direct Support Professionals will offer support with a variety of activities of daily living (ADLs). These supports are very specific and outlined by the supported person and their team. This position has a starting wage of $22.00/hour as well as performance-based increases and bonuses, paid training, paid holidays, and a fully paid benefits package for full-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision plans! The successful candidates must possess a strong background in direct support work and behavior support, a valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving history, and successfully pass a criminal history background check.
