In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, personalized care to promote independence, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents with medication administration and monitor vital signs to ensure health and safety Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function, social interaction, and personal growth Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injuries for both clients and staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, behavioral observations, and health status updates Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to coordinate care plans and address individual needs Ensure a clean, safe environment by assisting with housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation Qualifications
