Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with disabilities by delivering person-centered services based on each Individual Support Plan (ISP). They help individuals gain independence and comfort within their community, support residents in personalizing their homes, and encourage participation in upkeep and daily operations. We are hiring for our Residential Living program. We are currently hiring a DSP for a full time, benefit-eligible position. This position has a starting wage of $21.50/hour or more, DOE, as well as performance-based increases and bonuses, paid training, paid holidays, and a fully paid benefits package for full-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision plans! The successful candidates must possess a strong background in direct support work and behavior support, a valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving history, and successfully pass a criminal history background check.
