We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Salem and surrounding areas to help a client make progress toward their goals. Job Duties and Clients' Support Needs Work 1-on-1 with the client on a consistent schedule at the client's home and in their community Full and Partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor client for safety Plan and organize daily tasks Provide support (including positive behavior supports) in accordance with a written service plan to help the client reach their goals Document services and report to supervisor weekly Compensation & Benefits Start at $23/hr Mileage reimbursement plan for drivers Competitive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits package Accrued Paid Time Off (up to 2 weeks) 401(k) Matching Time and a half Holiday pay Set Schedules with options for flexibility Paid training

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. 6 months verifiable experience working or volunteering in a direct care setting
