Shifts and hours vary in this 24-hour care facility. Available shifts are announced through a one-call system. Staff may call in and accept the shifts they are available to work. Compensation Options Tier 2 - Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $29 per hour 1099

Paid Training Requirement All new Direct Service Professionals must complete a four-week paid training program before accepting shifts. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Current class dates will be provided during the hiring process. Expert Level Opportunity The successful Direct Service Professional will be an experienced direct-care provider who can perform assigned duties independently, assist coworkers, troubleshoot service-related concerns, and answer questions within the DSP's area of expertise. Key Responsibilities Support individuals with self-care, socialization, health maintenance, and daily living activities. Implement services, training plans, and supplemental procedures identified in each individual's IHP or ISP. Observe, document, and report individuals' progress, needs, strengths, preferences, and behavioral or health-related changes. Work collaboratively with residential staff and the interdisciplinary treatment team. Promote individual choice, growth, privacy, dignity, safety, and personal rights. Maintain accurate unit records and follow all facility policies, procedures, and assigned care protocols. Minimum Qualifications Two years of paid experience providing direct care and habilitative services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Aide Trainee Program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, documentation, observation, and teamwork skills. Ability to work professionally and dependably in a 24-hour residential-care environment. Availability to complete the required four-week paid training program.
