As a Medical Social Worker , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities: Planning, coordination and delivery of quality medical social work services, assuring compliance with corporate standards and federal, state and local regulations Provides ongoing assessment of clients, assuring an accurate evaluation of client needs Develops a comprehensive care plan that addresses the social work needs Works with patients and families regarding coping with illness, accessing resources, or other issues affecting the patient's health status Links client/family with needed services What do I need for this role with Redstone?
