Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in their homes or community settings. The client a 96-year-old woman looking for assistance with mobility and personal care.

Rate:

$18 per hour We have four different shift opportunities avilable: Daytime hours: Monday through

Thursday:

8AM to 8PM (48 hours) Friday through

Sunday:

8AM to 8 PM (36 hours)

Overnights:

Monday through Wednesday 8PM to 8AM (48 hours) Friday through Sunday 8PM to 8AM (36 hours)

Duties Personal Care & Mobility:

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and safe transfers using Hoyer lifts or manual techniques.

Health Monitoring & Meds:

Measure vital signs, report health changes to clinicians, and provide medication reminders/assistance per care plans.

Nutrition & Housekeeping:

Cook tailored meals, clean the kitchen, perform light housekeeping, and do laundry to maintain a safe home.

Companionship & Transport:

Engage clients in social activities for emotional well-being and drive them to medical appointments or outings.

Safety & Documentation:

Follow emergency, CPR, and specialized care protocols (dementia/hospice) while accurately documenting all care under HIPAA rules.

Experience Care Experience:

Prior background in home health, nursing homes, assisted living, or disability care (autism, Alzheimer's, developmental).

Core Skills:

Proficiency with care plans, medication administration, transfer techniques (Hoyer lifts), and personal care.

Specializations:

Experience in geriatrics, memory care, hospice, or long-term care environments.

Safety & Physical Requirements:

Valid CPR/first aid, strong communication, manual handling expertise, and ability to manage heavy lifting. Join us to provide compassionate home & community care that truly makes a difference!
