We are searching for compassionate and dedicated people to play a quality role in the lives of the individuals we serve. We will train the right candidates to fulfill the requirements of our direct care positions. Apply today! Provides direct support, guidance, training and supervision to program participants in various program settings when regularly scheduled staff employees are unavailable. This is a highly independent position that requires staff who: have the ability to problem-solve; are sensitive to the needs and requirements of community employers/agencies; and will represent and maintain the positive reputation that the agency has built in the community. Independence, professionalism and the ability to quickly adjust to the needs of the organization are requirements for this position at all times and at all assigned work-sites. Position is 37.5 to 40 hours per week, varying schedule that is typically Monday through Friday but may include some evening and weekend shifts at times to meet the needs of the program.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or GED); One (1) year of experience working in human services required; two (2) years of experience working in direct care with MH/ID population preferred; valid driver's license with a satisfactory three (3) year driving history required.
