Full-Time Hours | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Supportive Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and companion support services for an individual in Mt. Joy, Lancaster County, PA. This is a high-hour opportunity with up to 23 hours of support needed per day, offering the potential for full-time schedules, multiple shifts, and consistent hours. As a DSP, you will provide companion care while assisting with daily living needs and helping the individual remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their home. What You'll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Build positive relationships and provide compassionate companionship
Assist with toileting and personal care needs as required
Help with daily living activities and household routines
Provide supervision and support to ensure a safe environment
Encourage independence while offering assistance when needed
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
Support participation in community and social activities when appropriate
Communicate with Abound team members, family members, and other care providers
Complete documentation and maintain schedules
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks

Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in caregiving is not required — paid training is provided. Schedule Availability
