Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Community Participation Support (Part-Time) Daylight Intervention is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Participation Support services for an adult individual in the Philadelphia , PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others achieve greater independence while working a consistent daytime schedule.

Part-Time Schedule:
3 days/week
Approximately:
20 hours per week Responsibilities Support the individual in accessing and participating in community activities. Promote independence, social interaction, and community inclusion. Assist with developing daily living and interpersonal skills. Provide companionship while encouraging choice and self-determination. Transport the individual safely to community outings and activities. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Current auto insurance. Ability to pass all required state and agency background checks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
