The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being, with experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and supporting individuals with various health conditions. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering personalized care within their home environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference through professional caregiving and support. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance using patient transfer methods and equipment. observing patient conditions for any changes or concerns. Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure client safety. Follow infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and cleaning procedures, to maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff. Experience Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living facilities isn't necessary. Training is provided on-site.
