Key Responsibilities Direct CareADLs:

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per their profile, including showering, grooming, meal preparation, toileting, and transfers.

Goal SupportProgramming:

Implement active treatment plans, behavioral plans, and daily schedules to help residents achieve independence.

Medication Administration:

Assist with medication administration following successful completion of required training and practicums.

CommunityTransportation:

Provide safe transportation for clients to medical appointments, vocational activities, food shopping, and leisure outings using company vehicles.

DocumentationSafety:

Accurately document daily progress, report incidents, follow safety/infection control guidelines, and participate in shift hand-offs.

QualificationsRequirements EducationExperience:

High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of experience working with special populations (or equivalent caregiving experience/Associate degree).

Age Requirement:

Must be at least 18 years old.

LicensureTransport:

Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs unassisted.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location Flexibility:

Must be willing and flexible to work across BOTH our Quakertown and Bethlehem, PA locations.
