We are seeking compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to assist our participants with daily activities, engaging programs, and safe transportation support in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support:

Assist participants with personal care, mobility, and toileting with dignity and respect.

Nutrition Support:

Help serve meals, prepare snacks, and provide direct feeding assistance when needed.

Activity Facilitation:

Lead and assist with group activities, creative projects, and individual enrichment programs.

Participant Safety:

Support participants during morning arrivals and afternoon departures with our van service.

Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. High level of reliability, punctuality, and emotional maturity. Ability to pass all required state background clearances. Pay:
