We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with daily activities and community integration. This role is unique in that you will regularly travel to the Day Program where support is needed. The most ideal candidate will live in the Walnutport, Palmerton, Lehighton, or Brodheadsville area - nearest the center of our service footprint. The DSP position offers a rewarding opportunity to support VIP's (what we call our clients) in their communities, ensuring their safety and well-being through compassionate care and attentive monitoring.
