Immediately hiring for Warminster, Pa, Bucks County Responsibilities Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary Provide medication reminders Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe living environment Support individuals with memory, developmental, or other support needs Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities when required Follow individual care and service plans Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or condition Complete required documentation accurately and on time Respect each individual's privacy, dignity, rights, and personal choices Qualifications Caregiving, DSP, HHA, CNA, or direct-care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication skills Ability to follow written instructions and care plans Ability to assist with transfers and mobility when required Reliable transportation Ability to complete required background clearances Required TB/health documentation CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain if required Why Join Our Team?
