Are you a dependable, compassionate, and caring professional looking for flexible work? We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential setting in Willow Grove, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for PRN hours or a consistent every-other-weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
OPENING - SHIFT 6 EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Saturday and Sunday
PRN OPPORTUNITIES ALSO AVAILABLE
Looking for occasional or flexible hours? PRN opportunities are available based on staffing needs and scheduling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide compassionate support and companionship Assist with daily living activities and routines Promote safety and well-being Encourage independence and community participation Assist with meals and household activities as needed Complete required documentation Work collaboratively with the care team Help maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid Driver's License
REQUIRED
Dependable and punctual Compassionate, patient, and respectful Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
