DSPs work closely with clients to implement care plans, assist with daily living activities, and foster a supportive environment. Job Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be reliable, patient, friendly, kind, have a good sense of humor and be an out-of-the-box thinker. Must have prior experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
• If hired, a background check is required

• Bi-weekly pay checks with taxes taken out.
• Training specific to the individual Available Schedule Every other Saturday and Sunday 9:00pm - 5:00am
