Are you a dependable, compassionate, and caring professional looking for flexible work? We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential setting in Willow Grove, PA . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for PRN hours or a consistent every-other-weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

OPENING - SHIFT 6 EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Saturday & Sunday Every Other Weekend

PRN OPPORTUNITIES ALSO AVAILABLE!

Looking for occasional or flexible hours? PRN opportunities are available based on staffing needs and scheduling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a DSP, you will: ❤️ Provide compassionate support and companionship Assist with daily living activities and routines ️ Promote safety and well-being Encourage independence and community participation ️ Assist with meals and household activities as needed Complete required documentation Work collaboratively with the care team Support individuals in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment ✅

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Valid Driver's License

REQUIRED

Dependable and punctual Compassionate, patient, and respectful Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
