Paid Training Includes:

CPR certification Hoyer lift training Safe lifting and transferring techniques Personal care and daily living support

Position Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Personal hygiene Dressing Meal preparation Light housekeeping Laundry Support individuals with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors Provide companionship and encouragement Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional well-being Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Provide respectful, person-centered care in the client's home

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License required CPR certification preferred (training provided) Must be willing to work at least 2 weekends per month Prior experience in direct care, healthcare, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required Full-Time Benefits (after 90 days): Health and vision insurance Employee life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid orientation and training Flexible scheduling
